This email is the Official, Global Call for Socially Conscious Artists to submit their Work & Events for the upcoming 2012 Zeitgeist Media Festival (ZMF) – Aug 3,4,5th!

This years 6 hour Main Event will be in Hollywood, CA, USA at “BARDOT”. Tickets are very limited but are now available:www.brownpapertickets.com/
MAIN EVENT TALENT/FILM CALL:
The ZMF (LA) is still accepting submissions for our Film Shorts Theme (Socially Conscious Film Works under 15 min) along with Live Performers/Installations. While many acts are currently solidified, this multifaceted space and 6 Hour Program still has space for more Artists across the entire spectrum of creation. (It is free to submit.)

GLOBAL EVENTS:
While there is a featured Main Event each year, the true purpose of The Zeitgeist Media Festival is to unify the world with the Power of Art through multiple, simultaneous events across the world. In 2011, over 20 countries were represented, accessing about 10,000 people in person and almost 200,000 through live Webcasts.
All Global Events are also encouraged to support their local Community’s Food Banks and Resource Drives. In 2011, Over 12,000 meals were raised for the poor. We hope to do much better this year, especially given the dire economic state of the world at this time.
